THE SPACE
The apartment is located in the center of Prague, on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The river is approximately a one-minute walk away.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. It includes three bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, one bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an additional separate toilet.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, and a double bed. The dining area includes a large table suitable for meals with family or friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, pots, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and different types of glasses. Coffee is also provided for your convenience.
The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a different layout:
The first bedroom has two king-size beds, making it suitable for families or larger groups.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
The third bedroom has a double bed, a sofa, and a TV with Netflix.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, two sinks, and a washing machine. There is also an additional separate toilet.
Guests are provided with free Wi-Fi, towels, quality bed linen, a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, late check-in, and 24/7 guest support.
Additional services may be available upon request and subject to availability, including late check-out, cleaning during the stay, and luggage drop-off.

The apartment is located in Prague 1, in a central and well-connected area with easy access to the main attractions and other parts of the city.
Restaurants, cafés, shops, the riverfront, and public transport stops are all within walking distance. Guests can easily reach Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, Prague Castle, and other popular locations.
The apartment is a convenient starting point for exploring Prague either on foot or by public transport.
CITY TAX
Please note that the city tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid separately before arrival.
The city tax is CZK 50 per person per night.

A Minut noise-monitoring device is installed in the apartment.
The Minut device measures noise levels and allows us to respond promptly if the permitted noise level is exceeded. It does not record conversations or transmit audio data, so guests’ privacy is fully protected.
