As an Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in discovering new opportunities, securing long-term partnerships, and expanding our portfolio with properties that match our vision of modern, high-quality hospitality.
What You Will Do

Identify & source new properties suitable for short-term rentals, boutique hotels, and long-term management contracts.

Build relationships with property owners, developers, investors, real-estate agents, and partners.

Evaluate properties through on-site visits, rental potential analysis, financial projections, and feasibility checks.

Negotiate contracts (rent-to-rent, revenue share, management contracts) and prepare complete deal documentation.

Coordinate internally with operations, revenue management, design, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of each new property.

Monitor the market — track trends, pricing, competition, and opportunities for expansion.

Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking sessions.
What We Expect

Experience in real estate, sales, hospitality, or business development is a plus.

Ability to work independently and push deals from start to finish.

Analytical thinking with basic understanding of ROI, rentability, and financial potential of properties.

Fluent English (Czech, Russian, or German is a bonus).
