Keep Our Hotels & Apartments Running Smoothly
At Wagner Stays, we operate hotels and more than 120 apartments across Prague. The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a flawless stay. You will be responsible for maintaining our properties at the highest technical and safety standards.
What You Will Do

Perform regular inspections of hotel rooms, apartments, and common areas.

Handle repairs including electrical, plumbing, heating, appliances, furniture, and basic construction tasks.

Respond to urgent technical requests from the operations and reception teams.

Ensure all properties meet safety, technical, and cleanliness standards.

Support renovation projects, upgrades, and new apartment setup (assembly, installations).
What We Expect

Experience in maintenance, construction, technical services, or facility management.

Practical skills in electrical work, plumbing, basic carpentry, or appliances.

Independence, responsibility, and ability to solve problems quickly.

A positive attitude and readiness to help both the team and guests.

Driver’s license B.

Basic English and Czech, fluent Russian.
